Bespoke package to include everything listed above, this time tailored to your business in a one-day workshop. Additional contractual clauses for peace of mind and policies reflecting your people management approach.

Peace of Mind: Priced per employee per month (discounts for over 10 staff)

  • HR Hotline - advice by phone, video, or SMS when you need it

  • Response within 1 working day (unless emergency)

  • Back up of professional indemnity and public liability insurance

  • Reduced hourly rate for project or case work

  • 6 or 12-month contracts

  • Option to upgrade to include cloud based GDPR compliant HR Management software BreatheHR at reduced rate (starting £8 per month)

Hourly rates and Projects

Clients on the peace of mind subscription plan will benefit from a reduced hourly rate for any significant project or case work not covered in your subscription. (this is where you need us to support you with more than a call. E.g. to attend your offices or host a meeting like a Grievance).

Bigger Businesses - Retainer Agreements

Larger businesses will benefit from a retainer agreement, so we can be the HR presence you need without the salary of a full time member of staff. We like coming in pairs, you’ll get a whole day of two consultants in your office, access to the HR helpline whenever you need us, documents and policies on tap and much more. A proper partnership. Prices go up and down depending on how many days you’d like to spend together.
