Hourly rates and Projects

Clients on the peace of mind subscription plan will benefit from a reduced hourly rate for any significant project or case work not covered in your subscription. (this is where you need us to support you with more than a call. E.g. to attend your offices or host a meeting like a Grievance).

Bigger Businesses - Retainer Agreements

Larger businesses will benefit from a retainer agreement, so we can be the HR presence you need without the salary of a full time member of staff. We like coming in pairs, you’ll get a whole day of two consultants in your office, access to the HR Hotline 🔥 whenever you need us, documents and policies on tap and much more. A proper partnership. Prices go up or down depending on how many days you’d like to spend together.
