Training that actually works at work.
We’re not big fans of training for training’s sake.
You know the kind. Lots of slides. A few models. Everyone nods along. Someone asks whether there’ll be a break soon. Then everyone goes back to work and carries on exactly as before.
We do it differently.
Our training is practical, honest and built around the stuff that actually happens at work. We create space for proper conversations, practise the awkward bits and give people tools they can actually use afterwards.
Because knowing something and being able to do it when it matters are two very different things.
So who do we train?
-
You promoted them because they were good at their job. Then you expected them to magically know how to manage people.
We help managers get better at the people bit.
From having difficult conversations and giving feedback to managing performance, handling conflict and knowing when they need to involve HR.
Practical management training that builds confidence, not just knowledge.
-
You already know the theory. Let’s practise the job.
Our HR Academy is for HR people who want to get really good at what they do.
We tackle the messy bits of HR where there isn't always a neat answer: investigations, grievances, complex employee relations, influencing managers, difficult conversations and making good judgement calls when the policy only gets you so far.
Real cases. Proper discussion. Useful tools.
-
The stuff everyone at work needs to understand.
Some things shouldn’t just sit in a policy nobody reads.
We run practical, straight-talking training for whole teams on things like sexual harassment, bullying and harassment, discrimination, equality, respect at work and creating safe, professional workplaces.
We get beyond “here’s what the policy says” and talk about what these things actually look like at work, the grey areas, what isn't OK, how to challenge things and the part everyone plays in getting workplace behaviour right.
-
Culture isn’t your values written on a wall. It’s what people get away with when nobody challenges it.
We work with teams and leaders to properly get under the skin of how it feels to work in their organisation.
That might mean exploring behaviours, values, trust, accountability, communication, psychological safety, leadership or how people work together.
These aren’t sessions where we tell your people what your culture should be.
We get them talking honestly about what’s working, what isn’t and what needs to change.
-
Inclusion. Bias. Microaggressions. Allyship. Language. Privilege. Generational differences. Neurodiversity. Belonging.
Subjects that matter, but can become pretty unhelpful when people feel like they're being lectured, judged or given a list of words they're no longer allowed to say.
That’s not how we do it.
We create space for people to ask awkward questions, challenge their thinking and have proper conversations about experiences and perspectives that might be different from their own.
No shaming. No preaching. Just honest conversations that help people understand each other a bit better and make work better for more people.
